Born in the mountains of North Carolina, Arlene has lived in Maryland for over 39 years. She is dedicated to building and actively participating in her local community. Arlene has two boys, Jackson (14) and Davis (6). She loves camping with the family, going to NASCAR events, playing bingo with friends and family – and of course watching football!
